AT 338 AM PDT RAIN HAS TAPERED OFF TO SCATTERED SHOWERS...HOWEVER
THE IMPACT OF EARLIER HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO BE FELT. INTERSTATE 5
THROUGH DOWNTOWN SACRAMENTO IS STILL REDUCED TO ONE LANE DUE TO
FLOODING. SMALLER CREEKS AND STREAMS SUCH AS ARCADE CREEK NEAR
COLLEGE OAK DRIVE AND CRIPPLE CREEK IN SACRAMENTO CONTINUE TO SLOWLY
RISE. HEAVY RAIN HAS ALSO JUST ENDED IN THE EASTERN FOOTHILLS...SO
